A $100.00 Deposit is required to book all sessions. If a client cancels up to 48 hours prior to the session the deposit will be forwarded to the new session date. If the client cancels less than 48 hours prior to the session the client forfeits their deposit.

RE-SHOOT POLICY
Re-Shoot definition 1). Putting a knife through the heart of a fine photographer 2). Re-doing the same shot, same wardrobe, same vibe.
It is my experience that I have never had anyone who wanted to re-shoot. All of my clients who wanted to re-shoot actually wanted a NEW Shoot. Different hair, or different wardrobe, or differetn subtext, or all of the above. So since i am a generous person, and realize that this a journey and a learning process, and ultimately i want the client to walk away happy, I offer a new shoot within 15 days of the first shoot at Half price of the original.
On the outside chance that the client does want a true reshoot. There are many variables to discuss, but remember I want you to walk away happy. In life it is virtually impossible to make everyone happy, but I have an incredibly high track record and continue to take on the challenges with a smile.
(If you have posted any of your images on your Facebook, Myspace, Twitter or anything like that, then you have shown you are happy with your images)
These images are then saved on a CD in JPG format
which is the highest quality for printing (Images can be saved as TIFF or RAW at your request).
All remaining images from your photo shoot will also be saved
and given to you on a CD YOU retain all rights and copies of everything!
after signing a standard release form.
The images on your CD are your negatives.
Take your disk to the printer where they can reproduce your images into
photographs or lithographs.
They can be uploaded to the web or emailed to friends and family.
You have total control of the finished product.
In most cases, the CD will generally be available for pick up the day after they are retouched.
They can also be mailed to you.
I will also keep copies of your images (up to 6 months)
Should your disks ever get lost or destroyed,
I can burn new disks for you at a minimal charge.
Digital photography is an exciting and expanding technology.

*After a 15 day time period if the client does not state that he/she is unhappy with the shoot or the product no refunds will be given, considering the client will have possession of the photos and duplicates could have been made.
However if a reshoot is necessary that it will be done in a timely manner upon discussion with the photographer and client.
